Hirari Sakura Samurai is a fresh new action game inspired by iai – the Japanese traditional martial art of samurai swordsmanship. The game starts with the player undoing the last knot holding together an ancient set of Japanese makimono scrolls, and so begins your story.

…Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, divine beings known as kami and people lived side by side. A story of swords and passion that involves Konohanasakuya-hime, the kami of divine light, the water-demon kappa of the old lakes and one young man with a love of iai – the Japanese traditional martial art of samurai swordsmanship, on a mission to save the land.

A visual experience that can only be delivered on the 3DS, watch as the story unfolds while the sakura petals gently fall to the ground.
